As a new customer, you have the right to request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase. The purchase date is defined as the day your setup fee was paid — this is the one-time fee we charge to begin building your website.
You’ll need to complete a short questionnaire about your business so we can begin creating your custom website. If you choose not to complete the questionnaire, you won’t receive a website — but you can still request a refund as long as it’s within the 30-day refund period.
After the 30-day period has passed, all sales are final and non-refundable — whether or not the questionnaire was completed or the website was delivered. Please note that not submitting the required questionnaire does not extend or pause the refund window.
If we are delayed in delivering your website after you’ve submitted the questionnaire, we’ll gladly extend your refund period to match the number of days we were late. For example, if we delivered your website 2 days late, your refund window will be extended by 2 days.
If you purchased a domain as part of your order, any refund will exclude the cost of the custom domain name (if already registered). If no domain was registered yet, the full amount of your recurring plan or setup fee may be refunded.
